alpacuan Terms of Use

When you create an account and use alpacuan, you agree to the terms set out in this document. We have written these terms to be clear and specific about what we expect from our members and what you can expect from us in return.

alpacuan operates as an online gaming and sportsbook platform accessible to users in jurisdictions where our services are legally permitted. Fund Ownership and Dormancy

All funds in your alpacuan account remain your property. We do not claim ownership of or profit from deposits you hold with us. If your account remains inactive (no deposits, no gameplay) for twelve consecutive months, we may, at our discretion, freeze your account pending contact from you. If your account is frozen, you may regain access by contacting our support team and verifying your identity.

We do not impose a fee for account inactivity, but we reserve the right to do so in future updates to these terms, provided we give you at least thirty days' notice.

Gameplay Rules and Betting on alpacuan

Our live-dealer tables, slots, and sportsbook markets operate under specific rules. When you join a table or place a wager on alpacuan, you agree to follow those rules. Each game or market displays its rules before you begin; we recommend reading them carefully.

alpacuan provides our platform and services on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of alpacuan.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by your bank, payment provider, or banking holidays. We are not liable for lost funds due to your own negligence in securing your password or two-factor authentication code.
